After wasting an hour and a half trying to get stuff to work, I believe the following commands will get you what you need.

I have no idea yet how to run gnuradio yet (hint, `gnuradio` doesn’t exist), but as soon as I do I’m sure I’ll have more to write on the topic.

wget http://files.ettus.com/binaries/gnuradio/latest_stable/gnuradio_3.6.1-23_Ubuntu-12.04-x86_64.deb
wget http://files.ettus.com/binaries/uhd_stable/latest_stable/uhd_003.004.003-release_Ubuntu-12.04-x86_64.deb
sudo dpkg -i uhd*.deb
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo dpkg -i gnuradio*.deb
sudo apt-get -f install
